Pregnancy & Postnatal Fitness Club Franchise Busylizzy has been nominated for a National Award

Busylizzy, the Pregnancy & Postnatal Fitness Club franchise, has received a nomination for the Virtual Franchising Awards by the Quality Franchise Association (QFA). The QFA acknowledges outstanding operators in various categories, celebrating excellence, achievement, and innovation in the field of franchising.

Founded in 2011 by Julie Clabby, Busylizzy emerged to fill a market gap for exercise classes catering to pregnant and postnatal mothers. Busylizzy members regularly come together to workout with other like minded parents and also enjoy a selection of baby classes, workshops and events. Empowering women to overcome common barriers to exercise, Busylizzy clubs offer a pathway to a healthier and more active lifestyle during pregnancy and beyond. Over the years, Busylizzy has evolved into a nationwide franchise network of Pre & Postnatal fitness clubs.

Expressing her enthusiasm about the nomination, Julie Clabby, the Founder of Busylizzy, remarked, “Being nominated for this award is a fantastic vote of confidence from the QFA.” She reflected on the incredible journey of Busylizzy from a kitchen table startup to a national franchise business.

The nomination recognises their commitment to supporting pre and postnatal women on their fitness journey, particularly during the challenges of early parenthood. Additionally, it acknowledges their dedication to assisting franchisees who have never run their own business before in establishing their own Busylizzy club.

The Virtual Franchise Awards 2024 will utilise smart and innovative technology for the ceremony, with the shortlist set to be unveiled in April 2024“. Julie Clabby concluded, “Wish us luck!”
