Katie Angotti is a Registered Nutritionist, specialising in maternal and infant nutrition. Katie helps women to feel happy and confident about the food choices they make for themselves and their children, bringing together her practical experience as a parent to a toddler, with her many years working with the NHS and baby food industry.
Katie believes that our relationship with food is as important as what we eat, especially during pregnancy, which can be an exciting but stressful time for so many women. She helps women to take back control of their health during a time of constant change and uncertainty.
In this live talk she will focus on some of the foods you CAN include when pregnant, and how to find balance with foods you enjoy and those pregnancy challenges such as nausea, constipation and reflux.
