Fun, dance inspired class. Get your post workout high!

postnatal aerobics
We’ll take you on a fitness journey with a 15/15/15 approach – 15 minutes each of heart-pumping aerobics & dance to get a sweat on, 15 minutes of toning your beautiful mummy curves, and 15 minutes of stretching and gentle core work.
You’ll have plenty of time for Q&A with the instructors and if needed feed or nurse your baby.

When can I start this class?
This class is suitable from 6 weeks postpartum or as directed by your health care professional.
What do I bring / wear?
Wear comfy layers so you can strip off and warm up to keep comfortable.
Bring some water and a fitness mat if you have one. If taking part at home, you’ll need a space roughly 2m x 2m.
How do I take part in this class?
Join your local Busylizzy or take part @home in our Zoom classes. Use our handy app to book your sessions.
