Outdoor postnatal fitness workout

Enjoy 45 minutes of invigorating outdoor exercise and the company of other new mums.
Build up a sweat as you power-walk / jog through parks, enjoy body strength and core training and finish up with stretches.
We have modifications and progressions to ensure everyone gets their own personal workout.
All fitness levels are welcome – you work at your own pace to gradually increase your fitness.

When can I start this class?
This class is suitable from 6 weeks postpartum or as directed by your health care professional.
What do I bring / wear?
Wear comfy layers so you can strip off and warm up to keep comfortable.
Bring some water and a fitness mat if you have one.
