This holistic postnatal class is designed to help new mums get back into pre pregnant shape. Classes will strengthen, tone and aid your recovery from the effects of pregnancy and childbirth.
Classes are relaxed and nurturing to enable new mums the opportunity to ask lots of questions as well as feel comfortable feeding or nursing their baby if needed.

When can I start this class?
This class is suitable from 6 weeks postpartum or as directed by your health care professional.
What do I bring / wear?
Wear comfy layers so you can strip off and warm up to keep comfortable.
Bring some water and a fitness mat if you have one. If taking part at home, you’ll need a space roughly 2m x 2m.
How do I take part in this class?
Join your local Busylizzy or take part @home in our Zoom classes. Use our handy app to book your sessions.

Online classes are live and interactive so you get the personal studio experience, at home. We have a small selection of pre recorded videos in our Facebook group.
