
This postnatal yoga class is designed to align body, improve posture, promote wellbeing and strengthen the core and lower back (important after giving birth with the constant lifting and carrying).
This gentle session will release tension in the shoulders, tone the abdomen and teach you deep-breathing exercises to alleviate tiredness and help clear the mind.

When can I start this class?
This class is suitable from 6 weeks postpartum or as directed by your health care professional.
What do I bring / wear?
Wear comfy layers so you can strip off and warm up to keep comfortable.
Bring some water and a fitness mat if you have one. If taking part at home, you’ll need a space roughly 2m x 2m.
How do I take part in this class?
