6 week intro to weights
Kickstart your summer and get strong with Busylizzy’s 6 week course introducing/ reintroducing you to weights post birth.
This will be a small group training session, with expert Instruction from our amazing trainer Amy using mainly kettlebells and dumbells.
All babies welcome (we have a large space to ensure babies safety.)
