Birth Preparation Workshop
Our fantastic Birth Preparation Workshop will prepare both mind and body for baby’s arrival. You’ll spend an hour with our amazing Prenatal yoga teacher Patricia as she guides you in a super gentle and nourishing yoga session followed by 20 minutes of meditation and breathing exercises.
After a short break it’s time to spend time with our wonderful midwife Clover. Clover is an experienced midwife, breastfeeding practitioner and tongue tie practitioner who has delivered over 500 babies. She knows that being well prepared for your birth experience not only enhances it but greatly reduces anxiety afterwards. Your hour together will include practical guidance, open discussions, and relaxation methods leaving you feeling calm, self-assured, and well-prepared to welcome baby. This is an amazing opportunity to ask all the questions you’ve always wanted answered in a completely safe and supportive space.
