Sleep Workshop

Super excited to be inviting you to Busylizzy New Malden’s first sleep workshop!

Lauren (@soundasleepguru) will be talking all things sleep and answering your burning questions! Holding faith in the mid-September weather to allow this workshop to take place outside, but if not there will be a backup indoor venue!

If you follow @busylizzynewmalden on Instagram you may have seen my recent sleep story – I worked with Lauren to fix Robbie’s sleep at 13.5 months old (her cut off is 14 months) and can honestly say she has changed our lives and is an absolute hero!

With sleep being such a huge part of your life once you have a baby and the heaps of information and advice there is out there it can be so so tough to navigate it and work out what is true and what isn’t and also what works for your baby and your family! This will look different for everyone which is why Lauren’s evidence-based and fully baby specific approach is so great. But that’s just my opinion, come along and meet her and hear her knowledge for yourself!

“Hi, I’m Lauren, I transitioned from my role as Head of Sixth Form to establish Sound Asleep Guru after realising the critical importance of sleep as a mother of twins. I mainly focus on improving sleep for babies aged 4 – 14 months, but I’m trained to support children from birth to 12 years.
