I find the Busylizzy team to be very supportive. Whenever I have an issue they are very quick to reply to emails and support me in my decision making. I’m aware that some of the questions that I ask are fairly low level and issues, that as the business owner, I should be making a call on myself, but I’m never made to feel bad about that which is really helpful whilst I’m still finding my feet with it all. There is also a lot of warm encouragement from HQ, which although shouldn’t be necessary when running your own business, is nonetheless very gratefully received!
The training and support in the lead up to launch have been brilliant, all aspects of the systems, sales process and everything you need to know for launching the business are covered and the team have always responded quickly to my questions and been very helpful and patient.
