In 2025, we’re thrilled to celebrate a monumental milestone in Busylizzy’s journey – 14 incredible years since we launched our very first club!
What started as an idea on maternity leave has blossomed into a national multi-award winning franchise brand, recognised as the UK’s most trusted club for pregnancy fitness, postnatal fitness, and baby classes. Along the way, we’ve built meaningful partnerships with expert professionals and created a vibrant community that supports parents with health, wellbeing, and provides lasting friendships.

Busylizzy’s pregnancy yoga was fantastic and kept me moving and flexible right up to the end of my pregnancy. My daughter and I loved the variety of classes. They helped her develop physically and mentally. There is a huge flexibility in the classes and different activities for different ages. My daughter loved Baby Music and Baby Boogie. It is great that it is a family club so my in-laws could visit a class when they stayed and when my maternity ended after 6months my husband attended classes with our daughter and loved it. Loved all the pregnancy classes. I felt so fit in my pregnancy and never had a pain even in the final weeks. Even did a class on day of my induction. Recovered from my csection very quickly which I owe to these classes so thank you. I’m only sad that I haven’t had time to keep this up since the new arrival.
I joined at 25weeks pregnant and got hooked on doing all of the classes and was doing them right up until my baby arrived. The instructors were all amazing and were very informative about ways to help ease different pregnancy pains, as well as making the classes more personal if you joined the zoom, which I highly recommend. I can’t wait to start the classes again with my baby once I have the go ahead.
