For added simplicity, we’ve created a streamlined approach to securing a Busylizzy franchise. Our recruitment process is designed to ensure that you have a clear understanding of the financial investment you are making along with the potential risks and rewards.

During the discovery process you will have net-meetings with various members of the Busylizzy team including the founder to ensure the business is right for you… and that you’re a good fit for the business.

We welcome people from a wide range of backgrounds, but essential for any Busylizzy franchise owner is a genuine passion for the customer experience and a true service ethos, coupled with a strong determination to succeed. Previous experience in running a business, or working in this industry is not required but you should be able to demonstrate significant success and achievement in your chosen field throughout the course of your career to date.

In order for you to decide whether a Busylizzy Franchise is the right business for you and to get a true feel for our culture, brand and people, we strongly recommend you attend a Zoom Explorer Meeting to find out more.

Our Explorer Meetings are hosted by Julie (Busylizzy founder) and offer an informal, no-obligation opportunity for you to learn more about Busylizzy and our franchise model, support team… and how it all works. We welcome people from a range of different backgrounds and sectors and thoroughly enjoy the chance to get to know you better. 

Julie will hold an open Q&A at the end of the meeting to ensure all your questions are answered. 

Following your explorer meeting with Julie you will be invited for a follow up Zoom with Martin to discuss the different franchise packages, areas and financials.
The next step is to provisionally secure your chosen territory and to start creating your business plan. This process will help you to crystallise your thoughts and develop a clear strategy to achieve your objectives. It will also include a full set of financial projections to gauge profitability and ensure your plans are viable.

This is often a daunting task, so we will work closely with you and help prepare your business plan. This process will help you to crystallise your thoughts and develop a clear strategy to achieve your objectives. It will also include a full set of financial projections.

At this time your franchise agreement will be drawn up and you can start sourcing making plans for your new business. This is an exciting step in the process, it’s where you officially become a Busylizzy franchise owner.
Combined, the support team have over 50 years experience developing Busylizzy into the brand it is today. We pride ourselves on offering you 1-2-1 sessions so we can personally help and mentor throughout your journey.
