Jacinta Francis, the owner of Busylizzy Richmond, the Pregnancy & Postnatal Fitness Club franchise covering Richmond, Twickenham and Teddington, has received a nomination for Franchisee of the Year from the Virtual Franchising Awards by the Quality Franchise Association (QFA). The QFA acknowledges outstanding operators in various categories, celebrating excellence, achievement, and innovation.

Founded in 2011, Busylizzy emerged to fill a market gap for exercise classes catering to pregnant and postnatal mothers. Busylizzy members regularly come together (with baby in tow) to workout with other like minded parents and also enjoy a selection of baby classes, workshops and events. Empowering women to overcome common barriers to exercise, Busylizzy offers a pathway to a healthier and more active lifestyle during pregnancy and beyond.

Expressing her excitement about the nomination, Jacinta stated, “Being nominated for this award is an excellent vote of confidence and I feel very thankful. I have put my heart & soul into this club these past 18 months and I look forward to continuing my journey of supporting local mums.” Jacinta’s nomination was in recognition of her dedication to supporting pre and postnatal women on their fitness journey, especially during the challenges of early parenthood. Furthermore, it acknowledges the recent expansion of the business into Teddington, providing much needed services to a growing number of parents in the area.
