Bee fit throughout your pregnancy with our antenatal fitness classes. Our expert instructors will help guide you through strengthening and toning. It’s a great chance to ease those aches and pains – whilst creating YOU time. The perfect environment to meet other expectant mums. All classes suitable from 14 weeks.

Our signature Mummy & Me fitness classes will have you back in pre-pregnancy shape in no time – Pilates and Yoga to tone and strengthen, Aerobics, Buggy Fitness & Bootcamp to up your cardio. The best part? You bring your little one along while you work out, so no childcare required. The perfect Mummy Fitness classes.

Baby Classes

Special classes for newborns, new mummies and active babies – designed to be nurturing, calming and supportive. Music and Baby Signing will help promote development, Baby Boogie will have them singing and wiggling about, and Baby Massage will relax and restore you both. Bliss! All classes include plenty of bonding time with your baby
