Busylizzy is launching a new style fitness class for pregnant mums – Mums to be Vibe!
Mumstobee Vibe classes are designed to maintain your fitness throughout pregnancy by combining toning, aerobic and strengthening exercises to help you stay in tip top shape throughout your pregnancy and beyond.
Busylizzy still offers the traditional pregnancy Yoga and Pilates classes that are relaxing, restorative and help prepare expectant mothers for birth. The additional Mumstobee Vibe class has been designed to maintain strength and fitness for expectant mums that have been active prior to pregnancy and are looking for an upbeat and safe class to participate in that is designed for expectant mums who are looking for something a little more challenging.
Our Busylizzy Live Platform Manager Rebecca said “It’s wonderful to have the opportunity to bring a higher tempo, cardio workout for Busylizzy mums to be! Women often struggle to know what exercise they are able to do safely during pregnancy. We’re so lucky to work with brilliant pre-natal instructors, such as Abbie, who are able to guide mums through and help them to stay active at a time when mental and physical wellbeing are so crucial.”
Mums to be Vibe weekly classes start on Wed 1st July at 7pm and as with all Busylizzy classes that are streamed in our private Facebook group, the sessions will be available to watch again On Demand so members can catch up or recap anytime.
