If you have a normal ‘low risk’ pregnancy, exercising throughout has many benefits for both you and your baby. Continuing your fitness regime or starting a new one can be a challenge so our specially designed Vibe fitness class incorporates low impact aerobic exercises, toning and strengthening exercises all set to music – designed to improve your wellbeing and energy, manage your weight and to prepare you for birth.
