Pregnancy Yoga is a tailored pregnancy class, especially designed for ‘mums to be’ from around 14 weeks – birth. Classes help you throughout your pregnancy and towards your preparation for birth. Each class includes relaxation and breathing techniques to help you during labour; incorporate a range of physical movements and poses to help relieve common pregnancy ailments whilst strengthening your body and increasing flexibility. Each class leaves you feeling calm and relaxed. Bliss!

  • Takes the strain off your back and pelvis, by using positions such as going on your hands and knees, which is a great position for pregnancy.
