The ultimate mummy fitness workout. Our virtual Bootcamp class is designed to burn up to 500 calories in short sharp bursts – giving you a great all over body workout. Sessions are designed to challenge and push you that little bit harder making them ideal for mummies looking for the extra motivation to achieve their fitness goals.

10+ on-demand pre recorded postnatal bootcamp classes are available for members to access any time. Our classes are open to all levels from complete beginners to seasoned participants to enjoy at home.

We’ve partnered with experts to provide tips and advice to help support your birth recovery. View on demand videos from our experts including The Mummy Hub – Your Postnatal Pelvic floor, Birth Recovery tips from our resident instructor and birth coach Lucy Howlett and learn how to self test for Diastasis Rectis (abdominal separation) with our postnatal Pilates instructor Magda Lauchard.

Does my baby join in?
It’s up to you! There are a few ways you can enjoy this class. You can participate in this class whilst your baby is napping (during the live stream in the Facebook group) or you can participate in the class anytime on ‘catch up’. All our classes are recorded so you can watch them later if you prefer or if you little one isn’t co-operating. If you are participating in the session with your baby close by, from time to time and where safely appropriate, our instructors will offer alternatives to the exercises so they can be included in your workout with you.
How do I take part in this class?
Our virtual bootcamp classes are live streamed via our exclusive member only Facebook group? You will be invited to this group when you have joined Busylizzy.
How much does this class cost?
Busylizzy virtual membership costs £20/month – this give you access to our exclusive Facebook group where you can take part in this class and over 20 live streamed classes per week, over 100 classes on demand, plus talks from our trusted friends and professionals.
Are your teachers post-natally qualified?
Yes. Our instructors are the best in the business – level 2 or 3 pre and postnatal qualified and fully insured to ensure you are in safe hands.
Can I trial this class?
We offer a 14 day trial period to all new members joining Busylizzy. Simply join online HERE. We will activate your account and invite you to our exclusive members only Facebook group so you join in the classes. If for any reason you are not happy – just let us know within 14 days of joining and we will cancel/refund your membership (less £1 per day).
What do I wear?
Anything that they can move freely in. For example, shorts and t-shirt, track suit or similar loose clothing. Layers are ideal to strip off and warm up again during the stretch session.
Can I watch the class again?
Yes absolutely. Busylizzy classes are live streamed daily but they are also saved in the Facebook so you can either do the class again (if you’re super keen) or catch up later if you missed the live stream.
