Online Pregnancy Yoga

Virtual Pregnancy Yoga is a tailored pregnancy class, especially designed for ‘mums to be’ from around 14 weeks – birth. Classes help you throughout your pregnancy and towards your preparation for birth. Each class includes relaxation and breathing techniques to help you during labour; incorporate a range of physical movements and poses to help relieve common pregnancy ailments whilst strengthening your body and increasing flexibility. Each class leaves you feeling calm and relaxed. Bliss!


Live streamed yoga classes

2 live streamed classes per week via our exclusive Facebook group. All classes are adapted for home workout with no equipment required.

Antenatal Yoga classes on-demand

Over 10 on-demand pre-recorded antenatal yoga classes are available for members to access any time and enjoy at home. No previous experience required, so all fitness levels welcome from complete beginners to seasoned yoginis.

How do I take part in this class?

Our virtual yoga classes are live streamed via our exclusive member only Facebook group? You will be invited to this group when you have joined Busylizzy.

How much does this class cost?

Busylizzy virtual membership costs £20/month – this give you access to our exclusive Facebook group where you can take part in this class and over 20 live streamed classes per week, over 100 classes on demand, plus talks from our trusted friends and professionals.  You can find more information on our membership here.

Are your teachers pregnancy qualified?

Yes. Our instructors are the best in the business – level 2 or 3 pre and postnatal qualified and fully insured to ensure you are in safe hands.

Can I trial this class?

We offer a 14 day trial period to all new members joining Busylizzy. Simply join online HERE. We will activate your account and invite you to our exclusive members only Facebook group so you join in the classes. If for any reason you are not happy – just let us know within 14 days of joining and we will cancel/refund your membership (less £1 per day you were a member).

What do I wear?

Choose loose, comfortable clothing that’s light and made of natural fibres. Dress in layers, so you can peel them off and put them on, as you need to. You may warm up while you’re working on postures, but cool down during the relaxation session at the end of the class. If you have your own mat, feel free to use it but it’s not essential.

Can I watch the class again?

Yes absolutely. Busylizzy classes are live streamed daily but they are also saved in the Facebook so you can either do the class again (if you’re super keen) or catch up later if you missed the live stream.
