Starting the weaning journey can be daunting. There is so much information and it can be confusing to know what is best to follow. Hannah’s no-nonsense approach to weaning has been tried and tested and isn’t ‘just’ looking at food or nutrition, but at the whole picture: How is it best to fit the solids into your baby’s routine, how can you introduce solids to benefit your baby’s sleep and what can you do to ensure that your baby enjoys eating for the rest of their life.
