These terms and conditions and any schedules (as may be varied from time to time) shall constitute your membership agreement (“Membership Agreement”) with Busylizzy.
1.0 Your Membership will start on the date you complete the registration form. This is your Commencement Date.
2.0 Apart from 3.0 below, all Fees paid upfront are non-refundable
3.0 All Online Members are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period starting from your Commencement Date. If you no longer wish to be a Member within this 7 day trial period, please complete the cancellation form where we will close your account and refund you in full.
4.0 The monthly Membership starts from the Commencement Date and runs for 1 calendar month (for example if your membership starts on 17th Feb, your monthly Membership runs from 17th Feb – 16th March), and rolls over on a monthly basis until cancelled.
5.0 Monthly and 3 Monthly members are required to give 1 full month notice to cancel membership by completing the cancellation form.
6.0 The 6 Month Membership starts on the Commencement Date and expires in exactly 6 months.
7.0 The Annual Membership starts on the Commencement Date and expires in exactly 12 months.
8.0 Single class or workshop sessions bought on a pay as you go basis are non refundable and expire within 6 months of purchase unless used beforehand.
