Joanna is a Mindset and Fulfilment Coach and a mum of one. She is passionate about helping women experiencing overwhelm and burnout to learn to let go of feelings of “not being good enough”, regain a sense of control, to gain a better life balance, and to invest their energies into what is most important to them to achieve a greater sense of fulfilment, freedom and fun! You will learn how your thoughts and beliefs influence your reality and how you can develop your mindset to better manage life stresses and avoid overwhelm and burnout in the future.
