Number 5: Beat Teething
Our principal dentist, Marisa, mum-preneur and mummy at Battersea Smiles joins us to discuss teething and welcoming little ones into new healthy habits. If your little ones is struggling with teething, tune in for some help and advice.

Number 4: Safety around the house
Nicola from Daisy First Aid shares her tips on safety around the house with babies and toddlers and how to quickly deal with medical emergencies such as poisoning and choking.

Number 3: Introduction to Weaning
Ros is a Registered Nutritionist (RNutr), mum of 2 young children and founder of Yummy Tummy Nutrition. Her passion is family nutrition, including pre- and post-natal nutrition, weaning, feeding toddlers and managing fussy eating. She provides friendly evidence-based advice, practical tips and recipes to help you and your family stay happy and healthy. For this session Dr Miller focuses on the start of weaning and covers when to start introducing solid foods, Vegetable-first weaning, great first foods – including suitable finger foods, introducing common food allergens and how much food to give and when to progress to 2 meals and 3 meals a day.

Number 2: Introduction to Hypnobirthing
Having had two fantastic birth experiences, Angela is determined to share positivity around this powerful experience so we don’t get bogged down with the horror stories. Hypnobirthing is often misunderstood and perceived to be ‘hippy’ or ‘earth mother’ but Angela’s experience of it has been very different. Hypnobirthing gives you the knowledge to make informed choices (be that a c-section or a home birth), provides information to help you understand the physiology of birth, defines the role of the birth partner and provides you with the tools to aid a calm and relaxed experience of pregnancy and birth.

Sleep talk consultant Charlotte from ‘Better Sleep Baby’ will guide you on how to achieve better sleep and how to introduce a routine that works for you. Charlotte covers the importance of sleep, the stages of sleep, the Journey to sleep and her top tips on how to get little ones sleeping well. If you have a little one and are trying to establish good sleep habits, this is a must watch talk for you.
