Our instructors, club owners and Membership Experience Assistants are always on hand to look after you and your baby and make you feel welcome. We also welcome dads, grandparents, nannies or anyone who looks after your little one at our baby classes so you can have a well earned rest!

Our fitness classes are tailored to pre- and postnatal needs and cater to all fitness levels. Our baby classes help with development, stimulation or soothing techniques – and are a great way for babies and adults alike to socialise.
