A note from our founder

Dear parent,

All good things come to an end. I’m really sorry to see you leave, but I hope you enjoyed your experience at Busylizzy and have some great memories and friendships to take with you. A member of our team will be in touch with you within 72 hours to confirm your request and arrange everything for you.

If you are considering your back to work options – you might be interested to read my story…

Back in 2011, I had been on maternity leave with my second child and faced the daunting prospect of returning to work. I needed to contribute to the household income, but desperately wanted to be able to work around my young family. My employer tried to be accommodating, but was unable to offer me the flexibility I needed, so I ditched the commute and Busylizzy was born!

From the outset, I had a very simple vision “to give our members the best possible maternity leave experience with our professional classes, personal service and awesome flexibility”.

Fast forward 10 years and my kitchen table business is now a multiple award winning national franchise, with 29,000+ new and expectant parents across the UK and employing over 250 freelance instructors. I’m proud to have built a business that prioritises family life, fun & well-being for our members, owners, staff and support teams.

If running your very own Busylizzy club sounds interesting – I recommend that you request our free Franchise Report, or attend an informal online discovery meeting with me where I can explain the opportunity in more detail. Over 90% of our franchise owners are previous Busylizzy members looking for a new challenge to fit in with family life after professional careers in PR, HR, Consultancy, teaching and accountancy to name a few.

Wherever the next chapter takes you, enjoy it. Our little ones grow up all too quickly!

I wish you all the best for your family

Julie Clabby, Busylizzy founder
