Back in 2011, I had been on maternity leave with my second child and faced the daunting prospect of returning to work. I needed to contribute to the household income, but desperately wanted to be able to work around my young family. My employer tried to be accommodating, but was unable to offer me the flexibility I needed, so I ditched the commute and Busylizzy was born!
