We will provide you with these references, and the referees are also happy to speak directly with families once you’re in the final stages of hiring a candidate. In addition to reference checks, we conduct visa verifications, confirm that the candidate holds a current paediatric first aid certification, and ensure they have a valid police check from their country of origin.

Once you’ve selected candidates you’d like to interview, simply provide us with your availability, and we’ll handle the scheduling. Whether you prefer virtual or in-person interviews, we will accommodate your preferences. We begin the interview process with virtual meetings, which have become increasingly popular due to their convenience. However, if you prefer to meet in person, we can certainly arrange that as well.
