Mummy & Me Buggy Fitness
Enjoy invigorating outdoor exercise and the company of other new mums. We’ll get your heart racing as you power-walk, jog through parks, do push-ups against trees, run up and down steps, and most importantly, have fun! All fitness levels are welcome – you work at your own pace to gradually increase your fitness.

Baby Signing
Tots tantrums are often caused by frustration as they struggle to communicate. This class teaches you a language you can both understand. Each week we cover a different theme which incorporates puppetry, songs and gestures all wrapped up in a supportive environment with lots of opportunity for questions, answers and a chance to recap where needed.
