To our Mummy & Me Aerobics Taster class during the Church Crookham Parish Council’s Sports Fest event on Saturday 18th May at 2:30pm.

Our Mummy & Me Aerobics Class is a fun, high-impact aerobic & dance inspired class designed to banish those stubborn pounds, tone and strengthen the core, and give you that all-important post-workout high without the worry of creche or childcare.

This class is specifically for women and is taught by a postnatal specialist instructor to help you rehab your body after pregnancy & birth…. However far along in your journey, we can support you.

Babies & toddlers are more than welcome…. you can finally do something for you without the need for childcare!!
