Tailored to support and strengthen your changing body, our pregnancy workouts – available both at your local studio and online via Zoom – are suitable for expectant parents at any stage and fitness level, from 14 to 40 weeks.
Plus, you have the freedom to Pick’n’Mix any combination of our classes to suit your schedule, without the need for termly or block bookings. Busylizzy gives you the flexibility to choose what you want to attend and when.
