GETTING STARTED

Locate your nearest club using the club finder. Pick the plan that works best for you, simply purchase it and your account will be set up by a member of our team. Your account will be loaded with the class credits you’ve selected, and you can book any session you like. Easy!

No two weeks need to be the same—pick n mix classes to fit your mood and your little one’s ever-changing routine!

Yes, you can register for membership whenever you’re ready to start! We don’t have termly intakes, so you can begin whenever it works best for you.

Members can book classes up to 4 weeks in advance.

If you have a specific start date in mind, simply register today and include your preferred start date in the ‘notes & comments’ box on the registration form. We’ll take care of the rest, and give you access to the booking system so you can start booking your classes ahead of your start date.

With Busylizzy, you choose how many sessions you’d like to participate in each month—whether it’s once a week or every day, it’s entirely up to you! Each club offers a range of membership plans to suit your class preferences and budget.

Once you’ve located your nearest club and picked the plan that works best for you, simply sign up and your account will be loaded with the class credits you’ve selected.

We recommend waiting at least 6 weeks after giving birth before starting postnatal exercise. However, everyone is different, so if your GP has given you the green light, we’d love to welcome you to our Pilates or yoga classes.

Our fitness team is postnatally qualified and made up of parents too, so you’ll be in safe and supportive hands.

We recommend starting from 14 weeks into your pregnancy. However, everyone is different! If you were active before pregnancy and your midwife has approved, we’d love to welcome you to our pregnancy classes.

Our fitness team is qualified in pregnancy fitness and includes parents too, so you’ll be in safe and understanding hands.

We recommend starting Baby Massage / Baby Karma sensory classes from new born until little ones are on the move and too wriggly to stay still! Baby Boogie, Baby Music, Baby Yoga are suitable from 3 months + and Baby Picassos and Baby Signing, 6 months +

To ensure the club booking system works fairly and effectively for all our members & instructors, we ask that you manage your classes and cancel any sessions you cannot attend at least 2 hours before the class starts.

If you do not cancel within this time-frame and do not attend the class, your credit will be allocated to the session and marked as a ‘no show’.

Each Busylizzy club is run by a local mum who curates a timetable of classes for you to enjoy as part of your membership. In addition to local classes, your club also offers workshops (like baby first aid and weaning), seasonal parties, coffee club socials, and pop-up events.

Some socials and events may require an additional ticket purchase. While these events are open to non-members, members receive priority booking and a discount.

Some sessions fill up quickly, so if your preferred class is full, you can join the waiting list. When a place becomes available, we’ll notify you, and you can choose whether to take the place or decline.

Due to the flexibility of our booking system, around 30% of class spaces move and become available on the day so it’s highly likely you’ll get a space if you are on the waiting list.

We regularly monitor class numbers and will add extra sessions during peak times to accommodate more members.

If you can’t attend a class you’ve booked, cancel it through the app. Locate the class on your schedule and tap ‘Cancel’—it’s that easy! You can cancel up to 2 hours before the class starts, and your class credit will be returned to your account for use another day. This also gives someone on the waiting list a chance to take your place.

If you don’t cancel and miss the class, your account will be marked as a ‘no show’, and the class credit will be used.

We understand that life happens, and you might occasionally forget to cancel or cancel late. However, if ‘no shows’ become a pattern (more than 3 in a row), your account may be temporarily deactivated for 7 days, though your monthly payment will still be charged. This policy helps keep our booking system running smoothly for everyone.

USING THE APP

To download our App, follow these simple instructions:

1. Search and download ‘Busylizzy’ on your smartphone App store or click the logos below (iphone and Android versions are available).

2. To book local studio classes from the App – select the club you joined as your location and enter your username and password.

3. To book Zoom classes from the App – select ‘Busylizzy Online’ as your location and enter your online username and password.

Every member has their own unique usernames and passwords – contact us if you need a reminder or reset.

Navigate to the ‘Book Class’ tile where all upcoming sessions at your club are displayed along with the number of spaces available. Hit ‘Book It’ to secure your spot. You will need to enter your username / password on your first entry.

You can also add the booking to the calendar on your device.

Open the menu, navigate to ‘Schedules’ where your local classes and zoom classes will be displayed.

PRO TIP – when you book your class, tap ‘add to calendar’ and the session will drop into the calendar on your device.

Navigate to ‘Schedule’ where your upcoming classes are displayed. Tap the class you want to cancel.

NOTE: Studio classes can be cancelled upto 2 hrs before the sessions starts. This allows time for another parent to attend the session. Within 2 hrs of the class starting, the session space is allocated to your account.

Navigate to the ‘book a class’ within the app and you will be prompted to enter your login details. If you have forgotten them, you will be guided through resetting your password.

Use the club finder to locate your club. In the menu you will find the ‘member login’ area where you can manage your personal details, view previous payments, make payments and see your class schedule.
