I’m so pleased you’ve found The Busylizzy Club. I’m the owner here in Wendover and I cannot wait to welcome you in person.

Our club is a friendly local community for parents across Wendover, Aylesbury, Great Missenden, and the beautiful Chiltern Hills. We offer expert-led pregnancy and postnatal fitness classes, engaging baby sessions, parenting workshops and fun social events, all designed to support you through early parenthood with the specialized care that new mums need.

Everything takes place in beautiful family friendly venues like St Mary’s Church on Church Lane and St Anne’s Hall on Aylesbury Road – perfectly located in the heart of this charming market town with easy access from the A413 and excellent connections to High Wycombe and Aylesbury. All classes are easily booked through our app, giving you the flexibility that busy Buckinghamshire families need.

With our unique pick and mix concept designed specifically for new and expectant mums, you choose what to attend each week at our fantastic Wendover venues. Use our app to book classes at St Mary’s Church, St Anne’s Hall, and Wendover Memorial Hall, cancel and reschedule sessions easily, choosing classes that suit your pregnancy stage, postnatal recovery needs, and your baby’s ever changing routine.

You can book up to 30 minutes before a class starts at any of our Wendover venues, and if your plans change (which happens often with new babies!), simply cancel or reschedule with no penalties.

You’ll save hundreds compared to booking termly classes with other providers, and our convenient locations right in Wendover’s heart make it easy to fit into your daily routine in this peaceful Chilterns community – perfect for the gentle support new mums need.

your first steps

We look forward to welcoming you and your family to a trial class at Busylizzy soon. Our fabulous instructor will be on hand to ensure you have a great time and assist you with any questions you might have after the class. To get the most out of your trial experience we have detailed some frequently asked questions below for your convenience.

We specialise in supporting new mums with gentle postnatal recovery fitness, core rehabilitation classes, baby massage, multi-sensory baby development sessions, and confidence-building bootcamp when you’re ready. For expectant mums, we offer pregnancy yoga, prenatal pilates, and preparation classes. All our classes are designed with the physical and emotional needs of new mums in mind, from 6 weeks postnatal onwards.

Our classes provide much more than fitness – they’re designed to help you rebuild confidence, connect with other mums facing similar challenges, and support your mental wellbeing during this major life transition. Our instructors are specially trained to understand postnatal recovery, and every class includes time for chat and mutual support. Many mums say we’ve become their essential support network.

Our Wendover community is incredibly nurturing and understanding of the unique challenges of new motherhood in a rural setting. You’ll meet mums who understand the isolation that can come with country living, the challenges of accessing services, and the joys of raising children surrounded by natural beauty. We organise gentle walks through Wendover Woods, postnatal coffee mornings, and support groups that become lifelong friendships.

We completely understand that life with a new baby is unpredictable! You can book classes up to 30 minutes before they start, and cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours beforehand without penalty. If you’re having a difficult day, baby isn’t settling, or you’re dealing with feeding challenges, you can easily switch to a different time. Many new mums love this flexibility compared to rigid commitments that add pressure during an already challenging time.

Absolutely! Our classes are specifically designed for women navigating the physical and emotional challenges of new motherhood. Whether you’re dealing with postnatal depression, body confidence issues, exhaustion, or feeling overwhelmed, you’ll find others who truly understand. Our instructors are experienced with postnatal needs, and the atmosphere is always supportive, non-judgmental, and focused on gentle progress. Many mums tell us their first class was the turning point in feeling like themselves again.
