prepare

Arrive at your first class 5 mins early. Your instructor will give you a warm welcome and answer any questions you have specific to your pregnancy or postnatal stage.

Pregnancy Fitness Classes

You don’t need to be fit to start. Our pregnancy programme is suitable from 14 – 40 weeks and will equip your body better to cope with the strains caused by the weight of your growing baby. You’ll feel strong, flexible and toned throughout your pregnancy.

Our Mum & Baby programme is suitable from 6 weeks postpartum. You will be guided through each class and offered different levels to slowly improve your fitness, strength and stamina.

Our programme goes beyond fitness, providing a unique blend of nurturing and developmental baby classes that you can enjoy either before or after your workout.

It’s not just something for you; it’s something for your baby too.

socialise

Surrounding yourself with a tribe of like minded parents at the same parenting stage as you is empowering. Workout together, enjoy baby classes together and socialise together. Celebrate this special time together!
