This postnatal yoga class is designed to align body, improve posture, promote wellbeing and strengthen the core and lower back (important after giving birth with the constant lifting and carrying).

This gentle session will release tension in the shoulders, tone the abdomen and teach you deep-breathing exercises to alleviate tiredness and help clear the mind.

Practicing yoga after childbirth has been shown to alleviate symptoms of postpartum depression, which can occur after the birth of your baby.

In every class, you have the opportunity to ask lots of questions as well as feel comfortable feeding or nursing your baby if needed.

  • Reduces and prevents back pain

  • Focuses on re-building your pelvic floor and gently regaining your core strength

  • All levels of fitness welcome. You don’t need to have practised yoga before to enjoy this class.
