Whether you have practiced yoga before or coming to yoga for the first time, these classes are suitable for every fitness level : 14 – 40 weeks.

Classes help you manage your ever changing body, combat any aches, keep your body and mind strong and provide you with the chance to rest and rejuvenate with relaxation.Each class leaves you feeling calm and relaxed. Bliss!

When can I start this class?

This class is suitable throughout your 2nd and 3rd trimester. 14 – 40 weeks. All fitness levels welcome. You don’t need to be fit or have practised yoga before to start this class.

What do I bring / wear?

Wear comfy layers so you can strip off and warm up to keep comfortable.

Bring some water and a fitness mat if you have one. If taking part at home, you’ll need a space roughly 2m x 2m.

How do I take part in this class?

Join your local Busylizzy club or take part @home in our Zoom classes. Use our handy app to book your sessions.

How much does this class cost?

We have different membership options to suit your usage and budget.

Can I trial this class?

Are Zoom classes recorded?

Online classes are live and interactive so you get the personal studio experience, at home. We have a small selection of pre recorded videos in our Facebook group.
