Hypnobirthing Workshop Prepare to birth your baby and meet other expectant parents in your local community with Busylizzy and Luka the Doula!Join us for a 3 hour, in person, hypnobirthing course where Luka will explore all types of birth with you. You will learn all about what your body and baby will be doing during labour, and how hypnobirthing can support you in your birth. You'll cover breathing techniques, relaxation, pain management, and the role of your birth partner. Your ticket also includes a 45 minute 1 to 1 birth planning session over zoom, and continued WhatsApp support throughout the rest of your pregnancy. Luka The Doula is a KG qualified  Hypnobirthing instructor with a diploma in hypnobirthing. The KG Hypnobirthing and Antenatal course is the only course approved by the Royal College of Midwives. Included in the course:- 3 hour in person training - Hypnobirthing audios- Printed pack full of course content- Relaxation scripts- Hypnobirthing practice guide- 1:1 45 minute birth planning session via zoom- Ongoing Whatsapp support £175 for non-members Any questions, please ask - I'm happy to help!georgina.scotchford@busylizzy.co.uk GET TICKET
