If you have a normal ‘low risk’ pregnancy, exercising throughout has many benefits for both you and your baby.
Continuing your fitness regime or starting a new one can be a challenge so our specially designed fitness class incorporates gentle aerobic, toning and strengthening exercises set to music.

When can I start this class?
This class is suitable throughout your 2nd and 3rd trimester. 14 – 40 weeks. All fitness levels welcome. You don’t need to be fit or have done fitness classes before to start this class.
What do I bring / wear?
Wear comfy layers so you can strip off and warm up to keep comfortable.
Bring some water and a fitness mat if you have one.
